Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VEIL application ("the App") provided by AppLabs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using VEIL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, AppLabs, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use VEIL on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. VEIL Pro

Certain features of VEIL require a one-time in-app purchase ("VEIL Pro"). VEIL Pro is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies. Your VEIL Pro entitlement is associated with your Google Play account and may be restored on other devices using the "Restore Purchase" feature within the App. AppLabs, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VEIL Pro features with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VEIL to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and branding in VEIL are the exclusive property of AppLabs, LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of VEIL without the prior written consent of AppLabs, LLC.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

VEIL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AppLabs, LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPLABS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE VEIL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR VEIL PRO, IF ANY.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of VEIL shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

8. Modifications to Terms

AppLabs, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be made available within the App. Your continued use of VEIL after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.

9. Termination

AppLabs, LLC may suspend or terminate your access to VEIL at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ceases. Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7 shall survive termination.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AppLabs, LLC regarding your use of VEIL and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
